I formerly worked in corporate America as a Regional Director of customs assisting business to import and export goods in and out of the United States, South America, Africa and the Middle East.  I traveled every other week and loved every minute of it - teaching, managing people and projects, negotiating with government officials, and finding ways to streamline the work while reducing costs -- but I had NO time for myself. 

I was in Brazil when I remembered that I had forgotten to submit an important tax document; that cost me hundreds of dollars in increased tax assessment on my house.  I found that others were also too busy to take care of what was important to them.  So I decided to make a difference.

I studied under the premiere concierge trainer in the United States, Katharine and Ron Giovanni of Triangle Concierge and then took my problem-solving skills and desire to get the job done into the concierge industry.  I now run Bryant Concierge Inc.
